You acknowledge that certain materials are prohibited from being placed in the dumpsters. You are responsible for adhering to the list of prohibited materials provided by RCD HAULING. Additional charges may apply for the disposal of prohibited items.

8. Weight Limits:

You understand that there may be weight restrictions associated with the dumpster size you request. Exceeding these limits may result in additional fees.

9. Disclaimer of Liability:

RDC HAULING shall not be liable for any damages to your property that may occur during the delivery, placement, pickup, or use of the dumpster, unless such damage is a direct result of our gross negligence.  

10.  Governing Law:  

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oakland, California. By clicking "Submit" or its equivalent on the quote form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
